A business management graduate of Florida State University, FSU Varsity Letterman Track And Field, member of the American Sports Builder’s Association since 1986, Certified Track Builder, representative of the ASBA to the NCAA and NFSHSA for the updating of running track specifications, committee member for updating the ASBA construction guidelines manual for “Running Track Construction” and contributing author for the ASBA periodical “Newsline” has made it his career’s work to promote and achieve the highest standards possible in the sports construction industry with a special emphasis on running track construction.

Mark Crislip, Projects Superintendant
With over 25 years of sports facility construction experience, Mark continually provides the expertise necessary to complete projects on time and at the highest level of quality possible. His attention to detail is unparalleled.

Lee Narozanick, Estimating/Procurement, CFB
With over 35 years field experience, Lee is the leader of our expanding estimating department. He possesses extensive experience in all aspects of construction, from the beginning survey and excavation to the finish synthetic track or artificial turf surface.

Michael Hughes, Site Work Project Manager
Michael brings over 25 years experience in the construction of outdoor sports facilities specializing in the utilization of laser technology to achieve the highest standards possible.

Gary Palmer, Acrylics/ Latex Project Manager
With over 25 years experience, Gary is our resident expert for the application of acrylic coatings and latex surfaces.

Pedro Vasquez, Polyurethane Surfacing Superintendant
With over 25 years experience in IAAF Certified polyurethane running track surfaces, Pedro continually produces the highest quality level surfaces in the industry.

Albert Buciorelli, Business Development/Estimating/Operations
Al brings over 15 years of outdoor sports facility construction experience ranging from site work, synthetic track surfacing, estimating through project management. To complement his knowledge, energy and enthusiasm, his focus is to educate all current and future clients on the constant advances in the sports construction industry.

John Nelson, Cost Analysis/Estimating/Procurement, CFB
Honors accounting graduate of St. Peters College, New Jersey, John is the critical force behind timely delivery of resources so that all of our projects run efficiently, on time and at the level of quality intended.

Jewel Kaufman, Office Manager
Jewel has been the head of our accounting department and accounting systems for over 25 years.

Debe Canode, Office Manager
Responsible for the integration of all accounting procedures related to the day to day operation of our business.

Robert C. Narozanick Sr., Consultant
With an extraordinary amount of experience totaling over 60 years, Robert has personally consulted on, coordinated and constructed hundreds of high profile projects from New Jersey to Florida including project components such as surveying, excavation, utility construction, asphalt/concrete installation and polyurethane and artificial turf installations. As the former President of the New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association, Robert has made it his career’s work to achieve the highest level of ethics and construction performance possible in all aspects of the construction industry.

Erik Medley, Operations/Estimating, Southern Division
Erik graduated from University of West Florida and has worked with many general contractors bringing a wide variety of talents to the mix. His experience and hard work has helped him to obtain a FL General Contractors License (No. CGC1515598)

Chris Spitznas, Director of Marketing and Sales
B.S. – Trenton State College, Trenton, NJ Over 25 years of experience in the synthetic athletic surfacing industry. Responsible for creating new marketing strategies and building an aggressive plan dedicated to project development, sales and service of synthetic athletic surfaces for outdoor use on a national level.
